These photographs were taken of the first residence to be built at Pine Lake, a private community in western Mamakating. This house built by PB Majestic Homes and wired by Wurtsboro Electric Service, features cutting-edge technology now available to every homeowner.

In addition to electric wiring for power and light, many systems in this house can be controlled over the internet. Lighting, security cameras, heat, air conditioning, and other systems in the home can even be accessed and controlled by a mobile phone from anywhere in the world!

The multi-room audio system installed by Wurtsboro Electric Service also contributes to the enjoyment of the home.

This project was chosen as a finalist in the 2010 Sullivan Showcase Awards for best residential construction!
